Trainer: visiting university lecturer and internationally certified coach Minna Ekblom. She will discuss commonly proclaimed ideals – such as trust, equality, and autonomy – and how these values have or have not shaped leadership practices in Finland. The session will include examples from common procedures like performance reviews and task delegation, helping participants gain insight into what to expect and how to navigate leadership interactions in Finnish work environments.
